Work with me

If you didn’t know what to expect when you hit this particular life stage, then you’re not alone.

Health coaching and nutrition for a healthier and happier perimenopause and menopause

If you’ve felt or said any of these things, then you are in the right place:

"I feel like the old me is gone. I no longer have the energy or enthusiasm to do what I used to be able to do.”

“I’m constantly struggling and frustrated, juggling an assortment of debilitating symptoms which control my life.”

“I don't even know if this is menopause.”

“I need to do something - my partner/ family are in despair at who I have become.”

“I feel overwhelmed and don't know what to do.”

“I can't cope with the hot flushes, brain fog and fatigue at work.”

“I want to make changes but don't know what to do or how.”

Going it alone is tough

If you’ve ever tried to improve your diet or exercise more or make any other lifestyle adjustments, then you’ll probably already know that change can be tricky. It often feels like two steps forward and three steps back, as you go into battle with the bit of your brain that would really rather stay on the sofa, thanks very much.

So while you could read all the books and articles, listen to all the podcasts, and come up with your own plan to get through perimenopause and menopause, that’s a tough option. Especially if you’re feeling exhausted and foggy, with aching joints and a myriad of other symptoms.

That’s why having someone to guide you through the maze of options is a real advantage.

With a health coach like me, you can share the details of exactly what you’re going through - in way more than the ten minutes you might get with your GP. We can work together to identify the most urgent changes and the things that will have the biggest impact.

We’ll work through a structured programme, but I don’t dictate what you need to do. Together we’ll look at the best way for you to make changes and I’ll help you determine any previous barriers to success, so we can figure out the best tools to help keep you on track. I’m there for information, motivation, and to hold you accountable while you make the necessary changes. Some changes do take time to make a difference, but the sooner you get started, the sooner you’ll start feeling more like yourself.

In my experience, the best way to get results is by working together for a period of time using a comprehensive programme.

Time and time again, clients who are fully invested in reaching their goals and who follow-up on a regular basis are those that achieve the best results. The knowledge gained and the strategies that we work out together set you up to thrive in midlife and beyond. But, I do understand that this life stage is a busy one, so I’ve put together two packages designed to get you the help you need in the time that you have

Follow up sessions can be bought in groups of 3 hours

I know it can be difficult to know who to turn to when you’re dealing with brain fog and all the rest of it.

So after our taster session, if I don’t think I’m the best person to help you, I’ll point you in the direction of another professional. And if (a) We hit it off and (b) I know I can help you, then we’ll talk about the best path forward. No pressure at all - I’ll just explain the different options to you and then it’s up to you what you do next.

If we don’t end up working together, you’ll still go away from your taster session with advice on what you could try to potentially help improve your symptoms. As well as those suggestions I’ll give you, often the biggest thing people take away from these sessions is being listened to by someone who really “gets it”.
